Parke Rehabilitation Center changes during COVID-19

April 1, 2020 - Parke Rehabilitation Center will continue to provide therapy on a case by case basis during the COVID-19 incident.
-----------------------------
March 31, 2020 - Parke Rehabilitation Center will continue to provide therapy on a case by case basis during the duration of the COVID-19 incident. Our staff will contact you prior to your appointment to ask questions about your current health which will help us determine your risk and the appropriateness of your therapy needs. After establishing your risk and therapy needs, the staff may request to move your scheduled appointment time in order to stagger patients and avoid breaking Colorado’s limitations on number of people in one place at a time. We ask for your patience as both our patients and our staff’s safety remain our top priorities.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call the clinic at 719-346-0366. Please utilize this number for both the Burlington and Seibert clinics at this time.
